  • Neurological Disorder or Intellectual Disability
    
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Has a learning profile that makes traditional educational settings very challenging
  
• Has experienced social isolation or peer relationships which may have hindered academic progress
  
• Can make academic progress given time and tailored instruction
  
• Doesn’t have significant behavioral, psychiatric, or emotional problems
